By booking an appointment with Bronte Glow, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Our Services

Bronte Glow provides holistic beauty and lymphatic treatments designed to support relaxation, skin health, and overall wellbeing. Treatments are not medical services and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical conditions.

Client Responsibility

By booking, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for providing accurate health and lifestyle information

  • You must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or pregnancy prior to treatment

  • You will seek medical advice where necessary before booking

We reserve the right to refuse or modify treatment if it is deemed unsuitable or unsafe to proceed.

Results

Every body is different.

Results will vary depending on individual health, lifestyle, and consistency of treatments. Bronte Glow does not guarantee specific outcomes.

Bookings

All appointments are confirmed via our online booking system. We may reschedule or cancel appointments where necessary, and will always communicate this as early as possible.


Clients may choose to secure their booking with either:

  • Pay a deposit, or

  • Make full payment at the time of booking

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens, however as a small business, your time, and ours is valuable.

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations within less than 24 hours will result in your deposit being retained as a late cancellation fee.

No-shows will result in the forfeiture of your deposit or full appointment payment, depending on how the booking was secured.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time, with the full service fee still applicable.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials associated with Bronte Glow remain the property of the business and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
